Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Orders are shipped using Second Day Air services through one of the following carriers:

USPS Priority

The shipping carrier used may vary depending on destination, package size, and carrier availability.

Delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are paid by the customer and are calculated at checkout based on:

Package weight and dimensions

Carrier rates at the time of shipment

All shipping costs will be clearly displayed prior to order confirmation.

Tracking Information

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information can be used to monitor shipment progress directly through the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier. While we will assist customers when possible, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or shipping disruptions.

Customers may need to contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery inquiries.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damaged packaging and contents so we may assist with resolving the issue.

Shipping Restrictions
